Proposed Capstone Project Topic: Reducing Medical Errors in the Hospital-Nursing Paper Examples

The Problem

As I reflect on the proposed capstone project topic of reducing medical errors in the hospital, I am reminded of the significant impact of medical errors on patients, their families, and healthcare organizations. Team Training: The second component of the intervention will involve interprofessional team training to improve communication, collaboration, and teamwork. Technology Integration: The third component of the intervention will involve the integration of technology, including computerized physician order entry (CPOE), barcode medication administration (BCMA), and electronic health records (EHRs). The setting

I propose implementing the multifaceted approach in the medical center by collaborating with the nursing, pharmacy, and IT departments.
