At NursingStudy, we strive to meet your requirements and deliver your order by the deadline. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the completed order. We ask that you provide us with detailed instructions and accurate information to help us better serve you.
To request a refund, simply send a written request through our Customer Admin Panel or via email. Please note that we cannot consider refund requests after this 7-day period. However, if your order was delivered with a delay, we will adjust the cost based on the new deadline and refund the price difference. It’s important to note that we are not responsible for any external circumstances and will not entertain refund claims beyond this timeframe.
We do not offer refunds for discounts or seasonal offers as these are already heavily discounted.
Free Revision Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we also offer free revisions for any necessary adjustments to your order. To request a revision, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the completed order by sending us a written request through our Customer Admin Panel or via email.
If you are satisfied with your order and no revision is necessary, we will assume that you are happy with the work and no longer eligible for a free revision. However, if your revision instructions differ from the initial order or more than 14 days have passed since the order delivery, we may charge an additional fee based on the extent of revisions required.
