Every clinical decision should prioritize patient safety, and currently, technology is used to enhance patient safety. For instance, surgical robots have increased the precision of surgical procedures, minimizing potential errors and complications. I agree that simulation-based nursing education (SBE) is increasingly integrating into academic and clinical settings, allowing nursing students to gain hands-on experience in a controlled and safe environment without involving real patients (Koukourikos et al., 2021). SBE enhances patient safety by avoiding using real humans while allowing nurses to gain the competencies and skills required to care for a real human (Healthcare Technology-Nursing Paper Examples).
