Response to Instructor-Nursing Paper Examples
The project initially had 50 participants, but at the end of data collection, only 41 participants remained. Moreover, others withdrew for various reasons. Although the expectation would be to have a larger sample size to perform an ANOVA test, the project intends to use data collected from the 41 participants to complete the ANOVA (Response to Instructor-Nursing Paper Examples).

Hence, I believe the sample size is adequate for this project and a one-way ANOVA. Consequently, a sample size of between 40 and 50 participants would have adequate power to deliver results. More so, with minimal outliers, variability would be a problem (Response to Instructor-Nursing Paper Examples).
Notably, there is no definitive answer to the minimum sample size required for a one-way ANOVA because it depends on various factors and also on the size of the research study. The desired level of confidence, which for this study is 85%, the size of the effect to be detected, and the amount of variance in the data determine the sample size needed. According to (Noah, 2022), a minimum of 30 participants would be okay to conduct a one-way ANOVA. Conclusively, the heterogeneity of variance will not be a problem for this study (Response to Instructor-Nursing Paper Examples).
