TY finds it difficult to concentrate in class. The father reports that TY has involved herself in self-destructive activities, including alcohol abuse and cutting her legs when hurting. TY reports sleeplessness, hearing strange sounds telling her to \u201ctake her life\u201d by throwing herself down from the balcony. She says, \u201cI don\u2019t fear death, and I have several ways to do it. My only worry is what my parents will feel about it\u201d. Sometimes, TY is cheerful when in the company of her friend \u201cwith the same thoughts\u201d.
