Reports a \u201chead cold\u201d 3 weeks ago. \u00a0Thought it was getting better, but sinus <a href=\"https:\/\/nursingstudy.org\/examples\/hot-epilepsy-topics\/\">symptoms<\/a> are back and even worse.<\/p>\n<p>Describes the headache is located across her forehead; feels like pressure behind my <a href=\"https:\/\/nursingstudy.org\/examples\/iagnosis-and-management-of-eye-ear-nose-and-throat-disorders\/\">eyes and unable to breathe out of nose<\/a>. Also feels mucus running down the back of throat. \u00a0Pain sometimes severe (8\/10) but with acetaminophen reduces to moderate (4\/10) and occasionally mild (2\/10). \u00a0Occasional nonproductive cough. \u00a0Feels feverish at times; noted frequent sneezing and no appetite. Uses interferon to manage MS, CBD oil to help with energy without relief, and Cetirizine 10 mg PO daily to manage allergies. Her other has <a href=\"https:\/\/nursingstudy.org\/examples\/gout-case-study\/\">diabetes and has hypertension<\/a>. Farther and siblings are alive and well.
